Meet Our Founder
Blueroq LLC was founded by Nani, an entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in healthcare staffing and workforce management. Before starting Blueroq, she worked as a Program Manager overseeing DSP staffing for a behavioral health provider — experience that gave her a closeup view of how staffing gaps affect both organizations and the people they serve.
She started Blueroq to close that gap: a Maryland based staffing agency built on the belief that quality care starts with a strong, well supported workforce.
